Capt Jaideep Dhamankar, has a seafarer background and more than 15 years ashore in high quality Crew and Technical Management of vessels. Besides his Nautical Education as a Master Mariner, Capt Jaideep holds a dual Business Management Degree in Shipping and Total Quality Management.

Capt Jaideep’s professional career ashore started in India with Bernhard Schulte in 2006 and he has held senior management positions in Varun Shipping and MTM Ship Management. Capt Jaideep has experience with Oil, Gas and Chemical tankers as well as Bulk carriers and Container vessels. Presently he is the Managing Director of Energios Maritime Pvt Limited, Mumbai, where he is spearheading the alliance for the recruitment and development of Indian officers and ratings. He is also involved in marketing Energios and is responsible for deliverance of expectations of Ship Owners and stake holders.
