Where owners prefer to manage their vessels in-house and need support only with crewing, Energios provides a complete Peace-of-Mind lumpsum package for the whole set of required crew. This style of crew management goes beyond just supplying the crew. Lack of or miscommunication is the most common cause of complaints between the crew and the office staff. Energios engages with the Owner to ensure that the crew going on board are in sync with the Owner’s values, goals and ship board processes. Without interfering with the instructions given to the Master by the DOC holder, Energios is available to the Manager for any assistance they may need to maximise the crew output whilst keeping the well-being of the crew in mind. Energios forms a bridge between the crew and the Manager to iron out any wrinkles so that the crew have a productive and stress-free tenure on board and the owner benefits from their work output.

Seafarer Development

We believe that a seafarer and their family’s well-being also depends on how professionally competent and confident they are in their roles and how valued their contribution is viewed in the company and by their profession at large.
